I was stunned by the name "Bike Trip" and that too Coorg which is approximately 250-260 kms from Bangalore [One way]. But later i was convinced by Sathish and finally we decided to move on...
Days we planned [From 5th to 7th of April 2008]
Here we go with our memories starting from 5th April 2008 - Day 1
Satish and myself started from Ulsoor in one bike at morning 6 am. Koushik and his brother joined with us near to Mysore high way.
Koushik was more interested in this trip, since he buyied a nikon camera for about ~Rs. 30,000 the day before we started.
Our plan is about to reach Coorg by 6pm on the same day... We had our breakfast in a highway motel..I couldn't able to remember the name of the motel but the food was really good..
After taking a number of breaks [Because of Satish's tea and cigarette] .. We reached Srirangapattinam Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple at about 11 am... Koushik shooted the temple in different angle...Here are some for your views

Then we started from that place and reached Daria Daulat Gardens - The Palace of Tippu Sulthan.
The place was really good, especially the palace. It was built in the Indo-Sarcenic style in mostly made of teakwood and also the oil paintings which was made in 1800 century !!!...
Since the guards over there didn't allow us to take the photos inside the palace, We had taken some photos outside the palace.
We started from this place and reached KRS dam about 1.00 pm.
We couldn't able to see much as what we expected in KRS dam. Even the garden was not maintained properly and the guards over at the top of the dam blocked us not to go from one end of the dam to the other end. We didn't spent much time there. Some snaps from that place.
We had our Lunch near by the dam and started to move forward towards Coorg [Madikeri]...

By travelling in the mid of dark villages we reached coorg at 9 pm. Since we are new to the place, we don't know where to stay.
Some persons moved with us and said that, this is season time and you guys won't get room at a minimum of Rs.1000 for 2 persons. We believed them but in our corner mind we had a thought why can't we separate and search the room.
Finally near to the bus stand we got a good hotel to say that too in unbelievable price of Rs. 500/day for 4 persons in one room. The room was more spacious and we made our halt in that hotel for the day.
06th April 2008 - Day 2
On this day we planned to go to Talakaveri...
After completing our breakfast, we started from coorg to Talakaveri which is approximately 50 kms. But the travel in bike took us for an about 3 hrs !!! ...

We reached Talakaveri at 12 noon. Its really an enjoyable place when you ride with a bike. Here we go some snaps taken in and around Talakaveri.

07th April 2008 - Day 3
Morning we started to move to Abbey falls..The road was good and less traffic. We reached Abbey falls at 9 am. Here we go with some snaps taken at Abbey Falls

Then we moved from that place at 10.30 am and reached Raja seat at 1 pm

We started from the place at 1.30 pm and reached Nisargadhama Forest Resort at 3.00 pm. Place of bamboos and elephant...Heavy rush was there for elephant ride. We also came to know that we can book the room to say inside the forest resort and some where around Rs.700 per day..Here we go with some snaps taken at Nisargadhama forest...
